- Add the driver via the Communications menu
- Configure the COM port assigned by Windows in the Device Manager
- Select Station number (00 is preferred) and Click OK
Note: the UIC works only at 19,200 baud

- Leave the Baud Rate at 19200

- Select the menu item File --> Upload
- In the Upload File window click the Transfer Type pull down and click select RSLinx Network
- Browse to your PanelView in the RSWho window and Click OK to begin the upload
